About
Duncan Poulton is a British artist who works with video appropriation and digital media. He reworks found content to address art-historical and mythological concerns, and aims to produce self-reflexive works which investigate ideas of reality, functionality and perfection in the digital age.
Graduating from the University of Brighton with a BA in Fine Art Critical Practice, he has recently shown at Whitechapel Gallery, Sluice Art Fair (London), Phoenix Gallery, CineCity Film Festival (Brighton), Latitude Festival (Suffolk) and Plymouth Arts Centre. He was born in Birmingham, UK, where he currently lives and works.
