Cody Schmitt has been making short videos since he was in high school. While studying film at the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee, his films took on an experimental approach with emphasis on comedy and animation. For his final student film, “Electronically Reprocessed,” he combined his favorite film-making techniques with his other passion, vinyl records, to create a bizarre romp through a slew of smiling faces and strange imagery.
