Adapted from the poem 'The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock' by T. S. Eliot, Imagining Time is designed in an experimental split-screen format. The animation combines notions of the disruption of the everyday; magical realism and surrealism with the themes of isolation, introversion and passivity from the poem.

Jelena Sinik is young Australian animator from Sydney's Eastern beaches. As of 2016, she is undertaking a Master of Animation at the University of Technology Sydney. Jelena has won multiple awards, and her animations have been screened internationally numerous times.
